Weekend Photos of Downtown

Keri's family came up to Louisville for a visit on the 3 day weekend and I took a few pictures of our downtown excursion. Several are posted below.
A great looking section of Main St. in downtown Louisville, as you turn west off the Belvedere (on the river). Posted by Hello

Downtown Louisville has so much potential to be really cool. These are some buildings on Main St parallel to the river, at Sixth St. Posted by Hello
More flooding. The river normally stops where the boat (the locally famous Belle of Louisville) is tied up. Posted by Hello
River Road Downtown. The Ohio River crested Thursday of last week (I think) after a week of rain (on the heels of a foot or so of snow melting). This picture was taken Saturday. Posted by Hello

Our house in the snow. The view of our house when we arrived home from Christmas. Louisville got 10-12 inches of snow and ice. It was pretty, but we had to do a lot of shoveling just to get up the steps into the house and unload the car. Posted by Hello
